Where is your store located ?

We are a virtual shop, we do not have a physical store.

Is it possible to see the furniture before buying it ?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a store and it’s not possible to see the item before buying it.

Do you make the shipping ?

We do offer the shipping

How much is the shipping ?

It depends on your region, to have the exact cost, just fill in the information when you buy with your adress and zip code and the system will give you the exact price.

Is it possible to pick up the item directly at the warehouse?

Yes, it’s possible and free! The warehouse is located in Laval and open from Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm.

Do you offer financing and payment per month ?

No, we only accept payment by credit card.

Is it possible to reserve an item ?

No , we cannot do any reservation given the limited quantity of items.

How to know if the item is still available ?

If you can see it on the website, it’s available! Once an item is purchased and the quantity is exhausted, it is automatically removed from the website.
